Dimensions before inflation are approximately 28" x 56", and after inflation 22" x 43" Installation: To inflate the balloon with air, use the included straw or a hand pump. There is a strip of foil around the balloon that does not fill with air during inflation, allowing you to connect the balloons or attach them to smooth surfaces. For installation, it is recommended to use adhesive dashes.
