How long will my balloons stay inflated?

Helium filled Latex balloons will last about 8-10 hours until they start to deflate. Hi-Float will make the last about 1-2 days.

Helium inflated Mylar (foil) balloons will last about 2 days or longer.

Will you arrange my balloons into bouquets?

Of course! In the shopping cart add a message in the Order Notes explaining how you'd like your balloons arranged. We recommend no more than 10 or 12 standard sized balloons per bouquet. Adjust accordingly when using ShuperShape balloons.

*Please purchase a Balloon Weight when making bouquets to avoid your balloons being tangled during transportation.

Will you put the balloons into bags?

We highly recommend purchasing Balloon Bags to easily transport your balloons.

Our balloon bags can hold up to (approximately):

  • 10 Latex Balloons or:
  • 8 Foil Balloons (18in) or:
  • 2 SuperShape Foil Balloons or:
  • 1 Bouquet per Bag.

Does Party Fair inflate my balloons?

We are more than happy to inflate balloons purchased elsewhere. Pricing depend on the size of the balloon and are calculated in-person.

*Please note that Party Fair is not responsible for outside balloons that pop or end up being defective, so we always recommend purchasing balloons in-store.

Shipping

What merchanidse do you ship?

Everything on our website is available for in-store pickup. Some items however cannot be shipped and will be noted as such.

For example: Helium inflated balloons cannot be shipped.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship merchandise within the US only.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Everyday (non-seasonal/holiday) merchandise is returnable within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and unopened.

Seasonal and Holiday merchandise is not returnable for a refund. We will offer an exchange for the same season or holiday merchandise prior to that holiday.

For example: Christmas merchandise my be exchanged only for other Christmas merchandise prior to December 25th.

Are there items that are not returnable?

Yes. Items that are not returnable will be noted as such on the product detail page.

Examples of items that are not returnable:

  • Helium Inflated Balloons and Balloon Weights
  • Serving items such as trays, bowls, aluminum pans, etc.
  • Piñata's
  • Wearable items such as costume accessories, t-shirts, hats, etc.

How do I make a return?

Please contact us and let us what you'd like to return for authorization. Then ship back your items and we'll apply a refund as soon as they are received.
